I'm Sure It's Me
RUABelle has today off so that the little chilluns in her class can get a short fall break. I decided to take today off as well so we could have a three day weekend together. We've spent every hour together for three days running errands and cleaning house. Fifty-nine hours so far. Fifty-nine hours and twenty-seven minutes. Together. Alone.
This is one reason why we're not married and I don't ever want to vacation on a desert island.

I don't think Jim and I have spent 59 alone together hours in our entire marriage. Especially not consecutively. I expect we'd be divorced shortly if that happened, heh.
59 HOURS?
I'll have a Bass waiting on Wednesday.
I've been married for 29 years and Lynn and I have not spent 59 consecutive hours together even when I was punking out in a hospital in Fort Worth last year for a week and 1/2.
I think that is why we've been married for 29 years, actually. We both agree that if we were on The Amazing Race together that we'd probably drive off a cliff intentionally by the end of the first day. I do love her dearly, but I'd rather do the Amazing Race with the first blogger I see next weekend at Knuck's place. Really.
Hey get a room!
Why do I hear that song, "How Can I Miss You if You Won't Go Away" playing in my head??
