On a side note, I spent eight bucks for the worst, THE WORST, bbq sandwich I've eaten at 'the smokehouse'. Back in the day, it used to be a good stop on the way to Chattanooga or beyond.
I've put the kibosh on future stops there..imo, the place has gone down faster than Britney Spears on her publicist...
In 20 years of going to Sewanee, I have eaten at the Smokehouse exactly twice. the food is universally derided.
